The Quality Mark is a robust yet light touch assessment of awareness and contribution to customer care and resident engagement. Within the Housing Sector, a heavily regulated and performance orientated business, it is becoming more important to demonstrate a quality approach to resident engagement and to win repeat work.
Following the evidence of several good practice methods, the award was given based on:

- Doorstep Standards- booklet of standards for residents
- Operative training and toolbox talks content
- Approach to safeguarding
- Information and communication with residents, pre, during and post works
