15/03/10 - Anglian secures a hat-trick of awards
Anglian are delighted to announce winning three new contracts for: Glasgow Housing Association, Derwentside Homes and Sanctuary Housing.
Glasgow Housing Association (GHA)
Anglian has been appointed by Glasgow Housing Association (GHA) as sole specialist fenestration contractor for the group’s latest window replacement programme. The 2-year £3m deal will see new PVC-u tilt and turn double-glazed windows being installed to a diverse range of property types.
June Carroll, Business Development Manager for Anglian commented “We are delighted to have been re-awarded the window contract. This extends Anglian’s long working relationship across the city”
Derwentside Homes
This County Durham based RSL awarded Anglian a 124-property contract, to be delivered against a tight project timeline. The window and door installation contract was secured through the Valueworks managed NE Procurement consortium.
Paul Bichener, Anglian's Operations Director said “We are confident we can exceed the client’s expectations”
Sanctuary Housing
This window and door replacement framework which started in October sees Anglian further cement a strong relationship which was first established in the 1990’s. The framework contract is for 4 years and is worth approximately £1.7m per annum.
Geoff Spencer, Anglian’s Key Account Director said, “The re-award of the contract was a great boost to the business. Sanctuary manages a housing stock of over 76,000 spread across England and Scotland, and we are working together to take service standards to another level.”
