Bracknell Forest Schools

Hundreds of Bracknell Forest school children are today enjoying warmer and more secure classrooms thanks to Anglian Building Products.
Committed to building a long-term partnership, Anglian Building Products has been working with Bracknell Forest Council on numerous projects over many years.

Projects have been completed to a diverse range of buildings, ranging from Victorian to 1960s modular construction. Works have been undertaken to both primary and secondary schools as well as a children’s centre and a referral unit. Each project required Anglian to assess stakeholder needs and present costed technical and design proposals.

Works were mostly undertaken in holiday periods to suit client requirements. Health and Safety was paramount to Anglian throughout all of the projects. The CRB checked fitting teams worked with extra vigilance to ensure that the work areas were segregated and potential hazards minimised.
The improvements have not only given a new lease of life to the outside of the buildings, the classroom environment also benefitted from improved insulation and greater security.

“We were very pleased with our new windows. Everybody at Sandy Lane Primary School noticed the difference. The classrooms were warmer and the new windows enhanced the front of the school. With regards to the installation itself, everything went according to plan.”
