Anglian's dedicated Contract Manager Mick Barker is based at Henry Boot's Doncaster office ensuring that he is always aware of any programme changes and that excellent communication levels are maintained. A comprehensive suite of KPI's help ensure that high levels of service are provided to both residents and the Henry Boot team alike.
|'Henry Boot place a very strong focus on site safety' Anglian's Mick Barker says 'In addition to the Henry Boot Site Induction Process, I regularly deliver specialist tool box talks to my team covering a wide range of health and safety and customer care issues.'
St Leger Homes of Doncaster
Anglian Building Products were set a tough challenge to install windows and doors to nearly 2000 properties within a six months period. This required 20 installation teams, supported by a dedicated Project Management team including Project Management, Project Supervision and Resident Liaison personnel. The project was run from Anglian's South Yorkshire installation centre in Rotherham.
All residents were provided with an Information Handbook, Door Choice form and Care and Maintenance leaflet. This ensured they were fully informed of all steps taken during the installation of their new windows and doors. Any special requirements were identified by our Resident Liaison Officer at our first meeting with the resident to ensure that our products were manufactured to suit and our dedicated team worked closely with the resident to cater for their individual needs.
Paul Bichener Operations Director says: 'The project was delivered very successfully with all KPI targets exceeded and our excellent relationship with the client has resulted in the award of several additional packages following the main programme.'
