Wates Living Space & Ealing Homes
Wates Living Space selected Anglian Building Products from their Preferred Partner list to deliver a major window and door installation sub-contract on their framework with Ealing Homes.
The two year sub-contract commenced in 2009 and was divided into two phases. On the first phase Anglian worked alongside another window contractor who subsequently entered administration, Anglian was pleased to help recover the situation and provide a continuity of service to residents.
Having been re-awarded work on the second phase in 2010; Anglian will have installed around 5,000 windows and 1,500 doors over the whole lifetime of the contract.
The Wates Living Space refurbishment programme delivered a full range of other improvements including kitchens, bathrooms, heating, roofs and electrical upgrades.
