Private Residents Association - Windsor Court
Anglian completed a window and door replacement project on a block of 17 privately-owned flats in Borehamwood, Herts.
Properties at Windsor Court are all privately owned with a proportion of them tenanted. A management board comprising of elected owners is charged with ensuring the maintenance of the properties are kept up to date.
The board made a decision to replace the original timber windows which were showing their age and following a majority ‘ yes’ vote from the residents, Anglian were appointed to undertake the refurbishment works.
The refurbishment programme included the manufacture and installation of 85 PVC-U casement windows to a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments and 6 self-closing aluminium doors to their communal areas.
Resident engagement was a high priority to all concerned and regular updates were provided throughout. All flats were occupied during the period of the contract.
