Manufacturing Plants

As the UK's largest manufacturer and installer of PVCu windows, doors and associated products, our factories have the capacity to manufacture and supply over 9,000 windows and doors and 25,000 sealed glazed units every week.

We constantly re-evaluate our capacity requirements on a weekly basis and every item made is bespoke to an individual customer order and tracked throughout all stages of manufacturing and delivery.

Our plants include PVC-u extrusion, glass processing and fabrication facilities. Each utilises a combination of dedicated and flexible production lines. Highly automated lines are used to manufacture the high volume standard products and manual lines are used for the more complicated and more varied products.

All products are delivered to site by our in-house distribution fleet, our logistics specialists optimise deliveries to meet project requirements whilst minimising our vehicle emissions.

We are a vertically integrated company which places us in total control of all processes from start to finish.
