Green Deal Pioneers

In April 2012, Anglian were among the first 22 organisations to become Green Deal Pioneers.

We are now also certified as Green Deal Installers holding PAS2030:2012 accreditation and soon to be approved Green Deal Providers.

Green Deal Pioneers
Our Managing Director Steve Pollard was invited to meet with Climate Change Minister, Greg Barker to sign an agreement with the Government which sealed our commitment to work to become one of the first Green Deal Providers.

(The Green Deal is the government's plan to improve the nation's draughty homes at no upfront cost to the consumer).

'The signing of this agreement between government and business pioneers represents a watershed moment in the development of the Green Deal. The commitment highlights the opportunity organisations see in the Green Deal from community groups, SMEs to big business which only bodes well for the scheme's future success. We continue to work with these organisations to ensure they can fulfil the potential they have demonstrated and become the first to offer Green Deals within the industry.'  Greg Barker, Climate Change Minister.
