Anglian work for a wide range of Local Authorities, Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs), and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) throughout the UK as part of a collection of Social Housing Refurbishment schemes. The majority of these projects are long term partnering framework contracts, secured through an OJEU compliant best value tender process. The longevity of the projects allow us to develop very close working relationships which help eliminate duplication and generate efficiencies. Works are normally undertaken to occupied properties, which vary in size from bungalows to high rise tower blocks.
