Anglian has been awarded with the Tpas Quality Mark for customer care and resident engagement. The assessment was undertaken by Wates Living Space, who are a Tpas accredited assessor.
There were seven elements to the standard:
- Communication and information of service/products
- Service delivery improvements
- Staff development customer care
- Staff development equality and diversity
- Organisation approach to customer care and equality and diversity
- Organisation work with main contractor/landlord
- Partnerships and community

The Quality Mark was presented to Anglian at the recent Chartered Institute of Housing Conference and Exhibition held in Manchester.
