Project Delivery

We have a gained a wealth of experience in delivering window installations projects. Working from our dedicated installation depots and temporary site compounds we are able to operate a regional approach to our service delivery across the UK.

We work as specialist sub-contractors for many of the national main contractors as well as the regional contractors and we recognise that teamwork is vital in these situations.

We work hard to become part of the integrated team, to ensure that disruption to residents is minimised and that all works undertaken within their homes are completed within the agreed time frame.

When working directly for an end-client we minimise the requirement for client resources by utilising our project management skills and drawing from our extensive knowledge bank of best practice.

Every project is assigned an experienced Project Manager who has overall responsibility; each project team will typically include Fenestration Surveyors, Project Supervisors, Resident Liaison and Administration Personnel.

We recognise the importance of holding structured pre-contract meetings for every project.  It is vital that we understand client objectives and develop a close working relationship.  We pride ourselves on our approach to residents with varying needs and offer a wide range of solutions.  Our Resident Liaison Toolkit is a best practice guide which includes resources to aid communication, a guide to helping understand religions, beliefs and faiths and a Varying Needs product enhancement guide.

Detailed programmes are developed to meet client needs, Anglian utilise a bespoke Project & Performance Management ICT system which is used to plan all key activities for each property, the system is updated as the project progresses and an exception report prompts remedial actions as and when appropriate.
