Resident Liaison
Resident Liaison is vital for successful project delivery. We believe that Resident Satisfaction is the most important KPI.
The Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is the Residents’ Champion within the project team and is responsible for ensuring that the overall residents’ experience is both positive and memorable. On long term Framework Agreements our aim is to recruit RLO’s from within the local community whenever possible. We have found that local knowledge is often invaluable and as ‘Investor in People’ we provide excellent training, development and support programmes.
We tailor our approach to suit individual client and project requirements and always provide additional support to vulnerable residents.
Our Resident Liaison Officers:
- Administer efficient appointment procedures
- Attend group stakeholder consultation and choice events
Provide individual pre-works meetings and works-in-progress visits
- Identify and support varying needs
- Provide clear information including Resident Information Handbooks, Resident Choice Options, Care & Operating Instructions (in alternative formats as appropriate).
- Undertake a completion visit to verify resident satisfaction and collect KPI data
- Wear liveried Anglian uniforms and carry photo ID for recognition.
We are constantly re-evaluating our service delivery and welcome feedback from all residents and clients. To show our commitment, we have recently invested in bespoke training from the Tenants and Residents Association of England (TAROE) for our Project Teams.
