First contractor to be awarded the new TPAS Scotland Accreditation
December 19, 2019We are pleased to announce that Anglian Building Products is the first contractor to be awarded the Tenant Participation Advisory Service Scotland (TPAS Scotland) Gold Award Accreditation.
TPAS is a none-for profit, leading engagement expert, who offer an independent evidence-based accreditation scheme that assesses resident involvement arrangements. The accreditation demonstrates that we have achieved an independent external validation on our competence and compliance with the national regulatory standards.
Following a re-award of TPAS England in June 2018 and becoming a member of TPAS Cymru (Wales) earlier this year, holding all three approvals solidifies our assurance to improve the wellbeing and sustainability of local communities by engaging and empowering tenants.

I am delighted that we have been recognised for our commitment to resident engagement and participation, which will support the obligations we offer in our bids”.

ABP has been recognised at the TPAS Scotland Good Practice Awards Evening held in December, and a Gold Award Plaque will be formally presented to us in the New Year.
