Anglian have been awarded a JCT Measured Term Contract by Solihull Community Housing (SCH). The contract worth £1.4m over two years is for the installation of windows and doors to properties across the borough.
The properties will receive new Anglian White Knight PVCu ‘A’ rated energy efficient windows and GRP composite entrance doors. The contract includes both planned and responsive works including an element of repairs. The contract was won through an open procedure procurement process.
SCH manage more than 10,000 properties on behalf of Solihull Council.
