Anglian has been awarded positions on framework agreements with South East Consortium (SEC). The positions are on Lot 3 of the Internal and External Building Works and Lot 6 of the Heating and Property Efficiency framework. The framework positions were secured through best quality evaluation processes and together they have a total estimated value of £150 million over 4 years.

Lot 3 works comprises of the installation of PVCu and timber windows and doors, whilst a range of insulation services, including external wall insulation, makes up Lot 6.

‘We have delivered numerous windows projects under SEC’s 2012 framework and are delighted to be working with them again on not one, but two frameworks. These frameworks includes a strong focus on local employment opportunities and we will working closely with apprenticeship provider TrAC.’
