Residents are soon to have their existing timber windows replaced with new high performance PVC-u windows.
Anglian has been awarded the two year low-rise framework contract following a rigorous best value tender process undertaken by Gateshead Council acting on behalf of The Gateshead Housing Company.
The framework will be managed in phases with approximately 4,500 windows being installed over the next two years with options to extend up to 2018.
High levels of resident satisfaction are of fundamental importance and Anglian will be working closely with the client’s Resident Liaison Officer to pro-actively manage the overall customer experience.
