Anglian Building Products has secured its first contract on the RCT Homes Maintenance Framework following a recent mini-competition.
The framework is divided into specific lots and Anglian Building Products were awarded places on both Lots 9A & 9B to provide PVC-u windows and doors on both a supply only and supply and fit basis.
Internal and external refurbishment works including kitchens, bathrooms, fenestration, roofing and heating are also being undertaken.
RCT Homes based in the former coal-mining valleys of Rhondda Cynon Taff, is the largest housing association in Wales, owning and managing more than 10,000 homes.
