ABP appointed on new Efficiency East Midlands framework

We are delighted to have been appointed on the new Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) windows and doors framework to supply and install (or supply only) windows and doors in both the Midlands and Nationally.

We’re looking forward to building a strong partnership with EEM and collaborating to deliver better outcomes for clients and residents. Our values are aligned, particularly around social value. EEM is a not-for-profit framework with a low fee levy of just 1.5%, and they pledge to invest surpluses back into social value – and they really put their money where their mouth is with around £650k donated to social value initiatives in the last year.

We’re proud to be partnering with a framework that puts fees into better outcomes for clients, residents and communities.
