Our latest contribution to ‌Gentoo

Social value is top of our agenda, but more importantly, measurable social value is top of our agenda. Our latest contribution to ‌Gentoo is a perfect example of social value that makes a real difference to people’s lives.

Together, our teams have part-funded Positive Footprints, a programme delivered across local schools in Sunderland to help raise pupils’ aspirations, build confidence and improve career awareness among young people. This initiative has received £18,000 of funding and has supported young people through structured workshops and educational activities.

‌Gentoo residents and communities have also benefited from a funded VICS Handy Person service, which provides practical support to vulnerable residents, and helps people maintain independence a self-sufficiency in their homes.

We’re so proud to be part of these initiatives which are making real progress at grass roots, right in the communities that need them.
